Worry-Free Operation of Your Arvados Cluster

With the Cluster Operation Subscription (COS), we will install, support, upgrade, and maintain your Arvados clusters in either your own account on a supported cloud provider, or a supported environment on your own infrastructure. This subscription minimizes staff time spent managing Arvados, while maintaining complete visibility and control over your own data and infrastructure.

With the Cluster Support Subscription (CSS), we provide expert support to help guide your team while they install, upgrade, and maintain Arvados on a supported cloud provider, or a supported environment on your own infrastructure. This subscription allows you to take advantage of our expertise while maintaining maximum control over your own data and infrastructure.

Non-Recurring Engineering
New Arvados Features on Your Timeline

Curii engineers will perform custom development to solve specific customer needs, such as supporting new hardware/software environments or adding new features to Arvados. The resulting improvements become part of the Arvados open source project. This service is an add-on to a Support Subscription or Proof of Concept.

Biomedical Solutions
Bring Your Biomedical Applications into Production

We provide domain-specific support for your Arvados-based applications. This can include scientific consulting, pipeline optimization/customization, and application architecture improvements. Our experienced bioinformaticians will work with your team to help design, port, implement, test, and verify existing or new applications on Arvados.

We provide training for end-users and system administrators in using Arvados, developing CWL Workflows on Arvados, and operating Arvados. Successful onboarding and ongoing training with live webinars and on-demand training resources will help ensure your users and administrators are as productive as possible.
